Is it priced per attendee?
No. $199 a month covers one event, whether 12 people come or 400. Each extra event that month is $200.
Do unused events roll over?
No. The monthly fee includes one event, and it doesn't carry over to the next month.
What is a researched contact?
A person MoltPod researches and ranks for your event. Each event includes up to 1,000. More cost $100 per extra 1,000.
Where do the people come from?
Your own lists, such as past attendees, a CRM export, or Luma and Partiful guests, plus new people MoltPod researches to match the titles, companies, skills and seniority you ask for.
Does anything send without my approval?
No. MoltPod drafts every invite and nothing goes out until you approve it.
What if people don't show up?
Often only 40% of signups do. MoltPod pulls check-ins from Luma or Partiful as guests arrive and re-ranks your who-to-meet list from the people actually there, so your team never chases a no-show.
Who owns my attendee data?
You do. Your contacts and attendee data are never shared with other customers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan stops at the end of the current month.
What if the list isn't good?
If you don't like the list for your first event, tell us within 14 days of getting it and we refund your first month in full.
