1) Acceptance

By accessing or using moltpod.com and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

The Service helps you create and operate AI assistants that can connect to third-party channels (for example: WhatsApp, email, calendars, and other integrations). Some functionality may be in beta and may change.

3) Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for any integrations you enable.
• You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google, Anthropic, etc.).

4) Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
• Do not upload or transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5) Your content & instructions

You retain ownership of your content (messages, prompts, files, and other data you provide). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

You are responsible for the instructions you give to your assistant, including actions taken through connected integrations.

6) AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety impact.

7) Third-party services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms and privacy practices.

8) Security & data handling (summary)

• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for the website and APIs.
• Access tokens/credentials for integrations are stored and used to operate the features you enable.
• We apply least-privilege access controls and monitor for abuse and reliability.
• No security system is perfect; you agree to use the Service with appropriate caution.

9) Fees (if applicable)

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing intervals, and refund policies will be presented at purchase or in a separate order form.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, some data may be deleted or de-identified in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phantastic Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating this page and/or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
